Sanna Haimila is Finland -based painter and illustrator. In her works she deals with universal themes of life, such as motherhood, relationships, grief, on the basis of her own experience. 

"I consider drawing and painting as thinking process and I work intuitively. My works are like the chains of thoughts in a crystallized form, ready to expand into new thoughts through the viewer's interpretation.Starting point may be a
small hint of “something hair-like ', sometimes I use a reference picture. When I begin I do not necessarily know what and why, but I trust the feeling and I trust the process."
